Duties & Taxes

Living outside the U.S.? As an American company, Soundbites can’t charge and collect local import duties, taxes, and tariffs on your behalf. The recipient is responsible for paying any charges due upon receipt. The shipping providers assist with this process. Usually you will receive a notification from the shipper that your parcel is ready for local pick-up. You will be asked to bring ID for verification purposes. At the pick-up point you can pay any duties or taxes and receive your parcel.
